What is Kopi Luwak?

Kopi Luwak is coffee which have been eaten and defected by Asian palm civet. It is one of the most expensive coffees in the world, which farmed beans costs at least 50$ per punds and wild beans costs at least 300$ per pound.

Taste

This coffee tastes like regular coffee but is less acidic. In my opinion, the distinguishing process of extraction has made this coffee famous.

Conclusion

I think that it was worth trying this coffee for the fun. But you should remember that people keep scivetes in tiny cages and force-feed with low-quality coffee beans, and then sell the coffee at high prices. If you buy this coffee, make sure the beans come from wild civets and are ethically sourced.
